Who these terms are between, and when they apply.
These terms are between Travel Tech Solution ("we") and the company that subscribes to one of our platforms ("you", the client). They apply from the day you start a subscription or a trial, or sign in to the client portal, whichever comes first.
A written agreement signed by both of us takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. The person accepting these terms confirms they may bind the company they act for.
A white-label booking platform, hosted and kept running by us.
For each instance you subscribe to we provide:
You are the seller to your own customers. Fares, availability and ticketing come from the suppliers you contract with; we carry what they return and are not a party to your bookings.
A plan is priced per month, quarter or year, and renews until it is cancelled.
Each subscription is on a plan with a price per billing interval, an optional one-time setup fee and the limits the plan states. The price you subscribe at is fixed for that subscription: a later change to a plan's list price does not change what you pay. A change of plan takes effect from your next renewal.
A trial, when we offer one, is free for the days stated and raises no invoice. At its end the subscription continues on the plan unless it was cancelled. A subscription renews at the end of each period; cancel it from the portal or by asking us, and it ends at the end of the period already paid for.
Invoices come before each period; you pay into one of the accounts we list.
We raise an invoice when a subscription starts and ahead of each renewal. Each invoice states its due date. You pay by the methods shown in the portal (mobile wallet or bank transfer) and tell us the transaction reference; a payment counts once we have confirmed it against our statement.
Prices are in the currency of your plan and exclude any taxes or transfer charges, which are yours. An invoice unpaid after its due date is overdue; we remind you by email and in the portal.
A long-overdue bill can pause your platform. Paying restores it.
If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date and our reminders, we may suspend the instance it is for: the storefront, the admin and the agency portal stop serving until the balance is paid. Your configuration and data are kept while suspended, and service resumes once the payment is confirmed. We tell you before we suspend.
Lawful use, accurate content, and keeping your own accounts safe.
Your customers' data is yours. We process it only to run your platform.
The bookings, customers and content on your instance belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, keep them confidential, and do not sell or mine them. Supplier and gateway credentials you give us are stored encrypted. Our privacy policy explains what we do with the personal information of the people we deal with directly.
A signed-in contact can download everything your company has with us at any time from My Profile in the client portal.
We work to keep the platform up and tell you when it isn't.
We aim to keep every platform available around the clock and announce planned maintenance and incidents on our status page. Suppliers, gateways and networks outside our control can still fail. Support is through the portal's tickets, answered by a person, with urgent tickets first.
Either side can end it; you leave with your data.
You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We may end the service on notice for a serious breach of these terms or for invoices left unpaid after suspension. When an instance is decommissioned, we keep its data for a reasonable period so you can take it with you, then delete it, except what we must keep for accounting and the law.
What each of us answers for.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost bookings. Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us for the instance concerned in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Each version is numbered; we tell you before a change applies.
This is version 2026-11-01. When we change these terms we publish the new version here with its own number and tell clients through the portal at least 30 days before it applies to an existing subscription. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Ask before you sign. Clients can also raise a ticket from the portal.
