Sign up, then order a plan from your portal for a storefront you have or a new one. The order raises your first invoice; pay it by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and report the transfer on the invoice with its receipt. The plan starts as soon as we've matched the payment, usually within one working day.
Extras sold next to a plan: SMS and email packs, storage, more seats. Some plans include a few free; the rest you add at checkout, and they ride on every bill at the price you ordered them at.

Each plan allows a number of searches a day (or an hour, or a month), spread evenly over the period. Past it, a plan either pauses searching for a while or lets you carry on and bills each extra search on your next invoice; the card says which.
Yes. Each plan is a recurring price for the period plus a one-off setup fee. There are no per-booking fees from us; your suppliers' own charges are between you and them.
Yes. A plan change takes effect from your next renewal, and the price you were on is honoured until then.
